ONE DAY DECORATING - We offer full service interior decorating which can most often be completed in one day.  If you want to refresh the look of a room or your entire home we can help you update your surroundings. By listening to your needs and wants we'll capture your style and then revitalize your space by delivering a custom look for a fraction of the cost of starting over.
Fee: $250 up to 4 hours

ROOM REDESIGN - If you love HGTV as much as we do you've seen the "redesign" concept on shows like "Decorating Cents", "Design Remix", and "Design Inc".  We use your existing furniture, art, accessories and lighting, then artfully arrange them to take on a whole new look.  If desired additional purchases can be brought in to complete your room makeover.  It's fun it's exhilarating and you won't believe your eyes!
Fee: $250 up to 4 hours

REAL ESTATE HOME STAGING - If you have watched "Designed to Sell" or "Sell This House" you already know first impressions are very important when you are selling your home.  Studies show that homes professionally staged sell faster, attract buyers and command a higher selling price.  At Interior Transformations we offer three services:

1. Staging Consultations - We will conduct an exterior and interior walk through your property using the National Scoring System to evaluate your home.  Then provide you with a check list of what you need to change, repair, clean, remove and store.
   Fee: $50.00 an hour
2. Staging Transformations - Once your checklist has been completed we will rearrange your furniture,
    art, accessories and lighting so your home shows to its fullest potential,  We'll recreate your space
   for maximum visual appeal.
   Fee: $250.00 (up to 4 hours)

3. Staging and Furniture Rental - If you need to move your belongings out of your home before it is 
   sold or if you need to update the look of it's interior we can help you. We have an inventory of 
   tasteful furniture, accessories, and  art work which you can rent. We'll bring it into your home
   and stage it for you then pick it up when your home sells.
   Fee:weekly rates or 1% of the selling price once your home is sold.

Model Home Staging - Need someone to decorate your model homes? You've come to the right place. We'll work within your budget to enhance your homes architectural features and it's space. We know how to create a beautiful home; one that others will envision themselves in. Call us today we take pride in our creative abilities and you'll be pleased with the out come.

DESIGN CONSULTATIONS - Not  sure of what to do and would like a little advice?  We can help you put it all together on paper.  We'll listen to your needs and wants, write down suggestions, graph out your room and leave you with a list of recommended purchases.  If you need help pulling it all together we can help you do that too!
Fee: $50.00 an hour

COLOR CONSULTATION - Selecting a paint color is the #1 most dreaded part of decorating decisions.  At Interior Transformations we have extensive color experience and are able to provide you with the exact paint colors that will transform your rooms.  Let us teach you the tricks of the trade to help you overcome your fear of selecting a paint color.  Together we can transform your home to have depth, warmth, beauty and balance.
Fee: $50.00 an hour

ACCESSORIZING AND SHOPPING - We can help you create harmony, comfort and order by accessorizing your home for you or with you.  The accessories are the finishing touches to any room that enhance its beauty, focal points and architectural features.  Accessories transform your house into a home that reflects you and your family.  If you'd like, we'll bring the accessories; you decide what to keep.
Fee: $50.00 an hour

SHOPPING - We will work within your budget to find you the very best price on furniture, rugs, artwork, accessories and lighting.  We love to shop; we'll do the leg work so you can get the benefits of our industry discounts!
Fee: $50.00 an hour

HOLIDAY AND EVENT DECORATING - We can help you decorate for any holiday or event.  If you just don't have the time or need a little help we can use your decorations or add to your collection for a beautiful display of any given occasion.
Fee: $50.00 an hour

MOVE IN SERVICE - If you are moving into a new home we can help you unpack and decorate each room as we go.  Downsizing or merging with another family? Let us help you decide what stays and what goes. Then design your space into something harmonious, comfortable and beautiful.
Fee: $50.00 an hour (per-person)
