Vicki Macenka is the owner and
principle designer of Interior Transformations.
Her approach to interior design is fresh, innovative and
affordable. She specializes
in full service interior
decorating, home staging
and redesign. Vicki likes to incorporate your treasures and compliment them with new furnishings, artwork, accessories, rugs and lighting. She'll then arrange everything to transform your space into something dramatic that will enliven and excite you!
Vicki's ability to address the focal and architectural
elements of a room will give you a designer look without
the big price tag. The transformations can take
place in less than one day or several, depending on your
desires, and the results are always spectacular!
Vicki, a graduate of Virginia
Commonwealth University and The Decorating and Staging Academy has a Bachelor of Fine Arts
Degree and is a Certified
Interior Designer, Redesigner, and Home Staging Professional. She has
studied color and design principles all her life and
enjoys the creative element of her profession.
Vicki also loves people, knows the questions to ask and
has the ability to be responsive to her clients' vision,
needs, desires and concerns.
As a member of IDS,
The Interior Design Society,
and
IRIS, Interior Redsign Industry Specialists, Vicki is committed to on going
training to bring you the hottest and latest trends in
the industry. By attending the international and
national trade conferences held each year and by shopping the Home Furnishings Markets in High Point and Atlanta as well as subscribing to countless trade publications she will always know the
latest in color and design concepts. You can trust Vicki
in her knowledge and ability as an actively engaged
professional. She will meet and exceed your
expectations.
Vicki has also contributed to many
articles about Decorating, Interior
Redesign and Home Staging to Sell. She has become
the go-to person for publications such as The Washington
Metro Home Improvement Magazine, The Washington Tribune,
Readers Digest, Richmond Times Dispatch, Chesterfield
